We are final year HND Graphic Design students at FEED, Birmingham Metropolitan College, and we are currently organising our end of year show at Free Range graduate showcase in London from 2-6 June 2011. This will be the culmination of 3 years hard work by 16 students from the West Midlands and will be an exciting and cutting edge exhibition of a range of print design, motion graphics, audio/visual installations and illustration. The exhibition will take place in an old converted shop at the Truman Brewery, in the vibrant area of Brick Lane, London. By having the end of year show in London we hope to make contacts with the capital’s leading design agencies and companies in order to showcase our work and make links for potential future employment.
To produce and exhibit an ambitious and successful show we are aiming to raise funds which will help us cover the venue costs for the show and the costs of printing/producing artwork. We have already raised money through fundraising events but we still have a way to go. We would love it if individuals, groups and organisations could sponsor us to help our fundraising efforts, so that our goals for our end of year show can be realised. Any donation, no matter how small, will be appreciated!
Anyone that donates to our fund will receive an invite to the Free Range preview night on 2 June with a chance to meet the group, experience the freshest graphic design talent for 2011 and enjoy a free glass of wine!
According to your level of donation you will recieve rewards as listed to the right hand side and described below:
Thank you card - limited edition designed and hand made card signed by all students.
Acknowledgement - in the show programme and appropriate marketing material, either by name for individuals or we can include a logo from any companies/organisations that wish to donate, to show that you have supported the design talent of 2011.
