We at QuoteMeHappy/Aviva are challenging ourselves and each other to get out and record how many minutes/hours of exercise we can do during December, recording the data through Strava's exercise app. We will be getting out, getting fit and helping get rid any COVID blues.
We are raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to us so please donate and help us reach our target in aid of the British Red Cross. Anything you can contribute towards helping us achieve our target will be massively appreciated.
At the end of each week I will post everyone's weekly time clocked exercising, with some hopeful proof in the form of screenshots, etc. At the end of December, the person with the most time clocked, wins!!
