Evolving Mindset are a Community Interest Company based in Merseyside. We deliver free mental health and well-being sessions to our local community which are proven to be very effective at supporting people with an improvement in their mental health and developing coping strategies. We have recently adapted our service to deliver our content via zoom as our sessions were originally delivered in person. Our sessions are delivered by qualified trainers, registered mental health nurses and counsellors. We are keen to be inclusive in our service and ensure that no barrier such as economic status stops an individual from receiving an education in mental health. We want to empower people to identify their own needs and explore their own coping strategies, evolving their mindset along the way. We are very passionate about the Merseyside Community working together to fight the stigma associated with mental health and we are very proud to be part of that Community.
All core work that gets done with Evolving Mindset is done by our team of volunteers. We want to ensure that Evolving Mindset can remain sustainable in delivering free mental health and well-being workshops for people, especially during Covid-19 as a lot of people are experiencing low mood and anxiety.
Mental Health concerns currently affect 1 in 4 people within the UK, with conditions such as Stress, Depression and Anxiety dramatically on the increase. With everything that is currently going on in the world with COVID 19, the need for our services and support are very much in demand, but people may not know what support is available to them as mental health services are in such high demand.

We have been able to support over 200 people during our sessions since starting and we want to continue supporting as many people as we possible can.
