Our idea is to utilize food waste from juice production (the pulp) and implement it in a healthy and affordable bio desert. We have the knowledge to execute the project and fell in love with our idea. We have been putting so much in it. Our aim is to reduce waste coming from fresh bars and industrial juice producers by using the pulp which still has in it amazing nutritional qualities and implement it in a bio desert that would be sold in bio shops, also suitable for young children in kindergardens and schools. There will be no added sugars or any preservatives. We have made test products and examined them at our university and have found out how to preserve them by just eliminating the right ammount of water from the product so no bacteria will be able to grow. Our target is to open up a small indistrial production in Sofia, Bulgaria and also we are "Green-oriented" and will be using solar panels and will implement waste-water treatment.Our team has 3 members, we are year-long friends and specialists in the field. Our names are Alexandra (me), Veronika and Joe. Me and Veronika are bachelors in Biotechnology and I an currently obtaining my masters' in Environmental Biotechnology and Veronika masters in Industrial Biotechnology. Joe is a Molecular Biology bachelor and currents Genetic engineering Master. As young enterpreneurs, my team and I received as a reward from Cleantech Bulgaria.
