I'm raising funds to run my election campaign to become MP for Aldershot on behalf of the National Health Action Party. As a cancer nurse I see on a daily basis the affects the governments cut backs are having on patient care. If this continues there will be no NHS to serve those in need. I believe we need to act now and make a stand to protect the NHS for all who need this great public service.
I want to become an MP so I can stand up for patients and staff of the NHS, and fight for its survival so that it is still there when you may need it.
The National Health Action Party
The National Health Action Party is fighting to save the NHS from being turned into a US-style health service. Think it's not happening? Think again! There's been a slow change over 30 years. Mrs Thatcher referred to it as 'salami slicing' - change so gradual that we just don't notice. But now it's reaching the end at great speed.
