When it’s someone’s special birthday it’s tempting to buy them something quirky or a joke gift. Wouldn’t you rather contribute to a gift that is special and the recipient will love and want to keep?
I have asked Donna what she would like if we were to do that and she has said she would love a pair of Tiffany earrings. She doesn’t want to ask for them or even want people to feel they have to buy her something but I think those who do want to get her a present will all want to get her something that makes her (very) happy.
I have set the target for this fund at the amount for a pair of the lower cost Tiffany earrings UPDATE 2 August - we have now received this so please keep donating as this will mean Donna can choose from a wider range or maybe even look at a second item of jewellery.
