Are you eligible for DocFest +Extra funding?

We know your time is precious and want to make sure you put forward a project that meets our eligibility criteria. Please read our eligibility checklist before adding your project. 

Typical eligibility criteria:

  • Applicants must be 18 or older, UK residents and also have a UK bank account. 
  • You must register on this page by 30th June 2025
  • Your project must raise a minimum of £10,000 on crowdfunder.co.uk by 31st December 2025 and must have at least 100 unique supporters.
  • Each person can only submit one project for the campaign. 
  • Your project must be a documentary or film. 
  • Projects on ‘all or nothing’ must be 100% successful to be eligible but you are welcome to set your project to ‘keep what you raise'.
