We aim to become the go to place for people with special needs to relax and game. We will also be running life skills courses and support.

The Derpyfox will be a unique gathering place in the Heart of Beeston Nottinghamshire. By providing exemplary service and a safe environment for everyone, a vast selection of beer and wines in a relaxed comfortable setting, The Derpyfox will be the safe gaming bar that ‘the locals’ go to in Beeston. The success of the bar is in its owners and support network – with collectively 26+ years experience in the restaurant and bar industry and the assistance of Nottingham autism charity helping to make the area safe and accessible for all. We are committed to making this operation a successful one. Employees have been hand selected and share the same views as the owners, that is, keeping the customer happy assures repeat business.

Business aims:

The Derpyfox has plans to be the go to safe place for people with autism and learning difficulties. We will be working closely with charities and organisations to be a safe haven and also a place where you can come and learn life skills. The Derpyfox will accomplish this through the large network of available wit help from the charity and dwp. Located in a town less than 2 miles from a university hospital campus.

The Derpyfox will provide a comfortable place for locals to come and gather for relaxation, striving to be the bar of choice for the locals in the Beeston Area. The Derpyfox will become the go to place for anyone with disabilities and anyone who wants to game and have a drink, or simply hang out and relax with friends, family and/or carers. where everybody knows your name and the business will do this by: providing a relaxed atmosphere encouraging patrons to unwind - specifically targeting professionals between the ages of 18 and 50, including the student population of Beeston, as nowhere else in the area caters for this. The Derpyfox is based on the guiding principles that life is to be enjoyed and this is reflected in its vast selection of beverages, its delicious and simple yet flavourful food offerings and the professional and friendly team members.
