Im a retired GMFS Fire Fighter who now works for the NHS as a regional trainer, teaching life support technics. In my spare time I'm a Special Constable for GMP and have been involved in scouting for 46 years, 35 as a cub scout leader.
Ive recently got into brewing my own beer, my favourite being a Belgium Triple made with honey, a lot of my friends and family say its so lovely that I should brew it on a commercial basis for all to enjoy. At the moment I can produce 40 500ml bottles a time. I would like to be able to produce 1000 bottles at a time to try and get into the market and compete with supply and demand. Ill be completely honest, I've never done this before and I know its a complete mine field of paperwork, but with your help I hope I can make this a success and be able to give jobs to those who desperately need them.
My other passion is helping those with mental health and I'm hoping if I can get this going, the profits that come from this can support local charities and for a while my partner who also works for the NHS, we have wanted to set up a community meetings to support parents with children who suffer anxiety and mental health issues.
