I am trying to raise some funds to compete at Liverpool International Horse show this year... this has always been a dream of mine

by Bianca Mitchell in Leathley, England, United Kingdom

As most of you know I work full time whilst also trying to compete and bring up many horses we have bred.

I jumped at Bramham horse trials this year which I never saw myself ever being able to achieve, since then I set my goal even higher, this being Liverpool Horse Show which takes part at the end of this month at the Echo Arena in Liverpool.

I have been offered a position to be able to do this, however working full time, and paying for horses doesn't always leave the bank balance full enough to cover large expenses like this one... The target is only a small portion of the fee its self and any donation would be more than appreciated...

In June 2014 Danny, our home bred horse was struck down with grass sickness and became very ill. 96% of cases with this type of grass sickness die. Just to give you all an idea of how ill he was, he didn't pass any droppings till the 6th July 2014 and wasn't eating anything at all until mid July. We had to nurse him 24 hours a day and the vet said he was not going to survive... Danny was treated homoeopathically and gradually started to show signs of improvement. This took him nearly two years to recover from and now he is helping me achieve my dreams..... Danny is a super horse who defied all the vets and even us....

Danny and me would love this opportunity and I hope you can all help me get to my target...

Got an idea like this?
