New Role: Customer Support

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join our well established Customer Support team based in our Newquay HQ. 

Are you passionate about giving customers an excellent experience and helping to solve problems?

You'll be on the front line of our rapidly growing business working on a large national campaign, speaking to our customers and helping them have the best possible journey. 

We need a customer focused communicator to support the projects within one of our partner campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and creative individual, benefitting from previous experience working in a customer support role, with strong written skills and a friendly phone manner. You'll also need to be organised with great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

Key responsibilities include...

  • Managing our inbound phone line and email inboxes
  • Supporting and coaching projects
  • Compiling customer and project data for reporting purposes
  • Completing other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Place of work: Crowdfunder HQ, Newquay

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm

Contract: Fixed term, full time, initially 4 months (1st March - 30th June 2018) with potential to extend/become permanent afterwards
