I served in the british military for 4 years, i met someone which led me to making the decision to leave the military.
When i left i found it really difficult to settle down me and my girlfriend went through some rough times (looking back on it mostly my fault) but we stayed together and eventually had a child, things were all good but again i could not settle, anyway things came to a head, we seperated and later got divorced (it became a really bad split).
I paid towards looking after my son (cash tohis mum) but eventually the csa said i had to pay them direct, so i did that until my son had finished his education. So last year i was shocked to recieve a demand from the csa for the amount of £15000, stating that i had under paid for the last 10 years...i had not recieved any correspondence from them during all the time i had been paying them to say i was not paying enough..this has put me under immense financial pressure in my job and in my relationship. I have paid off £6000 to date but find myself missing payments on other bills to pay the csa. I have never asked for any help in my life and have always paid my way, i just need a little help to get back on my feet.
