Creating Woodland Campsites

The aim of the project is to raise money to fund the planting, protection and costs of native trees across the United Kingdom on campsites.

Woodland Champions Club is a social club whose primary objective is to create woodland campsites.

We aim to facilitate and encourage site owners to plant native woodlands.

So far we have planted 1000 trees, which we have personally funded.

To keep on planting trees we need funds to buy the trees, protect them and to plant them.

We hope to create volunteer days to reduce the costs of planting the trees, which leaves us with more funds to buy trees therefore increasing the number of trees we can plant.

Our first site to plant trees on is Toad Abode. Toad Abode runs parallel along the River Ash in Widford, Hertfordshire.

We aim to plant 420 trees here before spring is upon us.
