I started in Self Storage business 4 years ago, I had absolutely nothing to my name and nearly lost everything. But I stuck at it and now it's the largest self storage facility in my area. The only issue for me now is all the storage units are rented from my supplier. Biting a big chunk from my profit margin. 50k would purchase a big majority of the units. I'd like to purchase all but I have be realistic at what can be raised. If I raise the money. I will give a 10% of the profits to one persons selected charity for the next 3 years. The person will be chosen at random and the donation will be made on a monthly basis.
