Before going plant- based in 2020, I worked on and off as a chef working in various restaurants around London for around 11 years or so. Feeling restricted from creative expression, as well as having a strong desire to do 'more than', the idea of sharing my passion and creativity amongst the community, synchronised like music to my thoughts.
With this desire, Neozentee Encore was born
The restaurant will be running two days a week from my registered home in North London - Haringey.
Each week (approximately) 3 culturally different set meals will be uploaded on several online platforms.
The restaurant operates through a pre-order cashless system which allows customers to view a weekly changing menu and to place their orders up to three days prior to pick up / delivery. One of my favourites on the menu is this beauty..
