Community History Exhibition

Donegall Pass Social History Group plans to retain the remarkable history of this inner city community by archiving pictures, stories, memories and recordings. We do this through providing public photographic and video exhibitions. This years exhibition will include a display of old pictures and characters, a memory room to acrchive old stories and memories from the community, reconstructions of old living quarters and to celebrate 100yrs of the Battle of the Somme, a pictorial display of those persons from Donegall pass who died in WW1.  We hope to make a DVD of our exhibition that we can forward to our ex residents and families dispersed throughout the world. We hope to engage with many residents, ex residents and other intrested persons. We also hope that this exhibition can be transported to other historical buildings in Belfast McQuistons PS
