I am a professionally trainer baker on the autism spectrum who, for the past 5 years, has been baking for friends, family, and local celebrity clients.  Finding commercial kitchens to accommodate the hours, storage and location have been difficult to find.  After doing my due diligence, I found that there is a current need in the community for such a venture.  We would cater to home bakers, sauce makers, farmer's market artisans, people who want the use of a larger kitchen and people who would like to teach classes to others for recreation or additional expertise in a fully operational government approved and inspected facility.

My vision includes a facility that is open extended hours, provides some short term storage as well as a location for potential customers to pick up their goods.  This  establishment would also allow for people to gather for classes and baking/cooking parties.  We would offer an hourly, daily or weekly rental of the facility as potential customers/bakers/makers would require.  The commercial kitchen would be large enough to accommodate up to 10 people (barring pandemic restrictions) for classes.

The money raised would go towards the necessary equipment required to run a commercial kitchen such as: stoves, ovens, coolers, freezers, sinks, prep tables, pots, pans, small wares as well as some renovations required in order to make the space compliant.
