New stretch target

Our long term vision is to be open each day and 4 evenings a week, providing a wide range of services and support activities being offered to children, young people, adults and families. We are currently doing some joint work with Child Bereavement UK; Love Jasmine; Involve Northwest; Fed Up Wirral; Time to be us Amy and Friends. We are forever expanding our services and listening to what is required within the community

We have been supporting our children and young people in gaining skills, trying new activities, socialising and having fun since Feb 2013, more recently we have expanded following joint working with 'Fed Up' Wirral, this has enabled us to increase our provision to 4 days a week during Summer school holidays, with breakfast and lunch included with the offer of more varied activities for the children. In edition to this we have also been able to open a Social Supermarket, this enables us to offer cheaper food whilst also preventing masses of food ending up in land fill. As part of the Social Supermarket we have been able to listen to others, both on a professional and personal level, the outcome from these communications has been to provide a wider range of activities for adults when the Social Supermarket is open. Our vision is to continue to expand this service, we would like to expand the cafe area;  provide a wider range of specialist services to hold drop ins; information sessions and activities. Our Social Supermarket is also enabling us to support ourselves further in bringing in an income.

With the money raised from this fundraising we would be more secure in implementing this new service, secure the initial outlay support our visions sustainability and success.
