Support this beautiful family who have already suffered the loss of a baby to live the most comfortable and happy life they possibly can!

by Ian Collins in Braintree

Let me tell you about a beautiful family I have the privilege to be a part of my life. The most loving, selfless people you will ever meet. Yet life has it’s cruel way. Having lost a baby, they now find themselves in the situation of loving and caring for a beautiful little boy called Charlie who has a rare condition known as Hurlers syndrome.

Little Charlie in his short life has been through numerous operations, spent most of his little life in hospital, yet his little smile still breaks the hearts of everyone who will ever meet him.

Charlie will shortly be going to Manchester children’s hospital for a life saving bone marrow transplant- a 10/10 match, so there must be someone or something watching over this beautiful family.

Unfortunately Manchester is a very long way from home for Charlie, and his big brave sister Evie and Meghan  are. sure to miss him a lot during the weeks he will be away.

We are talking about a family so selfless that they wouldn’t  ever want anyone to do anything for them, but unfortunately they will have to accept this help.

I cannot speak for them as a family and how they most need support as they would never ask, but I think between us all we can make life as comfortable as possible for them. Whether that means they can spend the weekend together in Manchester, or Evie and Meghan can have a day out to realise they are equally as special, or maybe a family holiday? Let’s leave it to them to decide, but a small donation from each of us is sure to make an awful situation that little bit better l!
