Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and The Mental Health Foundation are launching a new challenge this May, to get you moving and feeling good, with the theme this year being kindness. The challenge is a 30 Minutes Movement Challenge and is all about being kind to yourself by taking some time out each day for you.
5 York Fitness Instructors have got together to offer some free fitness and relaxation sessions throughout the week via facebook lives.
