Changing Lives CrowdFunder aim 

This Crowd Funding page has been set up to help all our employees who are currently fundraising for community projects and charitable causes. In the past each employee or office  who is fundraising has contacted our supply chain and partners individually to ask for donations and support, the aim of this Crowdfunder is to coordinate this effort and ask our partners once. All the money donated will then be shared across all the community projects and charitable activities taking place across Novus throughout 2017. Below are some of the Community and Charity Challenges planned (the video also highlights the winner of our Changing Lives Project competition in 2016):

 

Prostate Cancer Charity Walk

Led by Director, Lee Hartley members of the Novus IT Systems Department will be taking part in Day 5 of the 2017 March for Men with Jeff Stelling, walking the 39.6km between the stadiums of Stoke City, Port Vale and Crewe. For further information on the event.

  
 

Great North Run

Led by Director, Chris Walford 12 employees will be running the Great North Run to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. This is just one of the many charity challenges Novus will support throughout 2017.

  
 

 
 

Novus Easter Egg Appeal

For Easter 2017, every Novus office has been asked to take part in our National Easter Egg Appeal. Employees and our Supply Chain can either donate Eggs or donate money to purchase Eggs to donate to worthy causes all over the country.

  
 

 
 

Novus Charity Football Match

Novus employees from across the country will be taking part in a charity football match at Port Vale F.C's ground. We will be playing against our supply chain. Money is being raised for Douglas Macmillian Hospice.

  
 

UK 3 Peaks Challenge

Novus are planning on holding a company wide UK 3 Peaks Challenge, with the aim of completing the three peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowdon in 24 hours. Money raised from this challenge will be donated to a number of charities. Each employee who takes part will have the option to choose a charity of their choice,

Background to our Changing Lives Campaign

Highlighted on our website: http://www.novussolutions.co.uk/changinglives/  are some of the lives that Novus employees have already helped change. Since 2015 Novus employees have fundraised and donated over £100,000 to good causes helping change over 20,000 lives! 

The aim is to make a positive contribution to improving peoples' lives through charitable donations, or providing opportunities for skills development, or holding community projects to tackle local issues within the communities we work across.
