Not quite
Unfortunately this project was not successful.

The aim of the project is to eliminate the need for the charity to rely solely on funding. So we are creating our own trading floor.

I manage Champions Learning Centre, an after school one-to-one support centre for children with educational needs. We support the teaching of Maths, English and Science to children in primary and secondary schools.

The charity has been in operation for over 10 years and we have had exemplary results in raising attainment for children helping them to reach the required standards for numeracy and literacy and acquiring GCSE passes.

These children would not have reached their full potential without our intervention over the years. However, the charity is at the brink of closing due to the lack of funding.

We have decided by votes that the only way to keep the charity open is to launch the charity's own trading floor and use the profits to ensure that the charity remains viable. We have purchased and set up our trading systems and have trained traders in place to start the project.

We are hoping to raise £50, 000 to fund 7 trading accounts. Three accounts will have a capital of £10,000 each and the other four will have £5000 each. Accounts are held mainly at ICMarkets.

From past experience we expect to make profits of 50-80% each month. To aid our profit forecast, we will use Telechart TC2000 charting system by Worden Brothers, Zurich Prime Siri Trader and MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.

We will spread our risk across various instruments and take advantage of leveraged financial arrangements using margin. We will trade CFDs, shares, indices, commodities and forex.
