I'm a Londoner working for an animal welfare charity in the UK.
I recently visited the quiet Greek island of Iraklia and was lucky enough to meet the lovely local people who had set up a charity this year to care for the cats on the island.
The Cats of Iraklia provides feeding stations and medical treatment to the cats on the island.
With only 85 people living there in winter but 150 cats, this is a much needed and inspirational project.
When the tourists have long gone in the heart of winter, the Greek people are keeping an eye out for the cats that roam free across the island.
Help the people of Iraklia to sustain a healthy and lovable community of putty tats.
