I rescued a feral kitten 4 years ago. Finally she was confident enough for me to do the responsible thing and have her spayed. On inserting the breathing tube for her operation they noticed she is suffering from odontoclastic resorptive lesions basically two back teeth have problems and are split in half very painful and need removing. The quote for the work is £600 and i simply cannot afford to pay this but know she is in pain and needs the work done. I am at a loss how I can pay for this treatment knowing she is in pain and I do not want to have to put her down simply because I cannot afford to have 2 teeth removed. I have approached charities but am not on the required benefits to receive help with the treatment. I have insurance but was gutted to see that any dental work is not covered by the insurance. I thought I was doing the right thing getting her spayed and having insurance but obviously not good enough and now feel extremely worried and any help would be so greatly appreciated.
