To build a cheese making parlour, which supports local farmers and their milk and other natural produce we can add to our cheese.

by Carol Koster in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

We started to make cheese because after brexit we could not get Our cheese from Holland, we found a local dairy and they posted about us making cheese with their milk and we were sold out within a week. I now have a waiting list of 60 people and 8 restaurants wanting to take our cheese bit no premises to make this happen as we can't continue from our own kitchen at home. We want to support local businesses and also cut waste and travel time of produce as their farm is only 5 mins up the road. Let people meet us and see this is an artisan product of Dutch style Gouda and Edam cheeses.
