I have been taking pictures using my phone for years as we all do, this year I've been having a great creative streak and its time for me to advance from i-phone pictures to more "professional" quality photographs. Being a complete novice in the self employed world I have learnt that I have to do everything myself and starting without a backing means more money goes out than what stays in (hard lesson to learn and accept). Things have been going okay for the past 6 months and I thought by now I'd have enough saved up to get a 'Nikon D5300 24MP DSLR Camera' and start upgrading all my product images. But that has not been the case, most of the money has been going towards purchasing materials, packaging and sewing machine maintenance. Which meant I was only able to save up £200 which is almost half of the camera cost, I would go for a cheaper camera but I need a good quality camera that will last me several years before I have to get another one. At this rate I'll have to wait till late March to afford the camera and I'm someone who is constantly on the move trying to improve my skills. Taking pictures with my phone has been great and I wouldn't be were I am without them but now it's starting to limit the quality and standard level of photographs I could be capturing.
Below are some of the pictures I've taken, not the greatest out there but I appreciate my efforts :)
