Camu-Camu rainforest reforestation project
Not quite
Unfortunately this project was not successful.

To support a group of ex-street children in the southern Peruvian Amazon (Madre de Dios) to reforest part of an ex-ranch with camu-camu: 'wonderberry' of the rainforest - an unbelieveably delicious tropical fruit used in juices and ice-creams for which there is a large local market. The project is a joint venture between a UK and a Swiss charity, the latter runs a home for the children (teenagers) and has bought the ex-ranch. The project will be supervised by the local Agricultural University and also aims to teach the participants agro-forestry skills. Funding is still required to build the storehouse.
