Cal Beach racing team 127
We did it
On 14th April 2018 we successfully raised £800 with 20 supporters in 56 days

Our aim is to progress through the racing ranks to hopefully make it to the British talent cup, Red bull Rookies and Moto gp with your help.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your support last year for this very talented local lad but for those who are unaware of Calum, here’s a short portfolio and update:

Calum Beach is 12 years old and competes at the highest level of motorcycle racing in the Official British Super Bike Mini Championship. He was born in North Wales and lives in Abergele. Calum was born with a cleft lip and pallet and has undergone six operations so far with a couple more planned as he gets older. Despite this he is very determined, strong, and focussed and this, I am sure will single him out as a future star in his field.

This year Calum will be racing in the Cool Fab Junior BSB Championship on tracks around the UK, which will include Three Sisters & Trac Mon.

Last year was Calum’s first year competing in the British Mini GP70 Championship where he finished the season in an impressive 5th place and with his sheer determination and total commitment to his sport, he is hoping for a championship win this year.

In March he is qualifying for his Auto Cycle Union (ACU) Licence at Donnington Park which will enable Calum to step up to the next level where he will be able to race on much larger bikes (250cc)

As well as competing throughout the year with Cool Fab Racing he will be entering the British Talent Cup this summer, and should he be selected as one of the most promising 24 riders, he will be competing in The British Talent Cup next year. For those of you who are unaware of what this actually means, it runs alongside the British Super Bikes season, which in itself is a statement. Should Calum miss out on the selection he will be competing with the British Motostars, which as you may be aware, is a natural progression to the Moto GP!

As you can imagine all this comes at a cost and what we are aiming to achieve would be impossible without the continued funding and commitment of our family, friends, and sponsors.

We have set this crowd funding page up to make it easier for the people who used to donate through the team 127 board. We would also love new people to donate to this very special boy and his dreams.

I would like to thank you for reading this proposal and with the season due to start in a couple of weeks will look forward to hearing from you in the hope that you would like to join this exciting time in Calum’s racing career.
