- Over the years I've been to many takeaways and restaurants and been left very disappointed. My aim in starting BURGER CO. is to bring american food to the British Market with my extra touch of quality. I will concentrate on giving my customers the best food quality and service at all times, I will be using the best ingredients and aim to cut out all the bad bits which exist in the food world ie processed foods, chemicals, preservatives, additives, and make my food as healthy as fast food can be. At burger co. me and my team will be using eco friendly packaging to help keep our carbon footprint down wherever we can.
At burger co. we try to make as much as we can in house and buy in as little as possible within reason ie homemade sauces and marinades,
With the money I plan to get started with my premises and get burger co. up and running where it needs to be, the money will help make my vision of a modern sophisticated burger bar become a reality. In doing this I hope to create new job opportunity's in my local area
