My Life My Way has a excellent reputation in working in partnership with individuals with support needs and their families to shape and improve the quality of life and services they currently receive now or in the future . They are respected across communities and organisations in achieving real difference . Some of our partner organisations include NHS England/ Local Authority / CCJ'S, and a wide selection of advocacy and community support networks.

In our work we believe in the importance of supporting good mental health and the reduction in stress that will enhance the opportunity to participate in life but also be able to aid recovery and resilience in the difficulties of life challenges.

Our work with support in particular women living with a support need to experience what good health could look like for them and more importantly to develop their own skill in supporting and improving life on a day to day basis.

Our parents course is to give opportunity to parents to develop improved wellness and through their own journey of resilience adapt with confidence a resilient  family approach.

We have tested out our approach with a number of families who benefited from improved well-being and a clearer approach to the demands of parenting and providing care for others . We know the demand is there waiting for us to support with your help.
