Bring supplies to Sri Lankan street dogs

Our aim is to raise £250 to purchase much needed veterinary supplies for a street dog charity in Sri Lanka.

We did it!

On 23rd Feb 2018 we successfully raised £460 of £250 target with 21 supporters in 49 days

Help WECare worldwide set up the first fully equipped Sri Lankan veterinary hospital outside of the capital. The project will take £30,000 to set up so lets be a part of it!

'WECare Worldwide' are a team of voluntary vets and nurses in Sri Lanka who provide a high level of free healthcare to the street dogs of Sri Lanka.

With no healthcare available, many of the street dogs in Sri Lanka live in a considerable degree of pain and discomfort. Some of the injuries that they have seen are beyond belief and many have previously died slow and painful deaths. From skin disease, to multiple fractures to inflicted injuries, such as severe burns, bomb injuries and collar wounds, these dogs have been to hell and back, and it is time for this to stop.

This is a picture of a little puppy called Saffy who had boiling water thrown over her by the locals to try to shoo her away. The levels of suffering are something I have never seen before and this charity really needs help.

I will be donating £250 from my business 'Four Legged Fancies' to purchase medical supplies, collars, toys and food for the dogs and I would really like to ask for your amazing generosity to help match that donation so we can double it.

I will be leaving for Sri Lanka on the 22nd February so I would like to raise as much as possible before I head out to visot the charity and bring them everything we have raised.

Anyone who donates £20 or more will receive a 10% discount from our online dog bakery as a special thank you.

Thank you so much xxxx
