We tried to deliver a festival...the idea was great but the ambition too much to deliver in our first year.
We cancelled the event and found we had much more support than we knew we had so regrouped, reorganised what we would do and are ready to go again...this time with much reduced overheads but still the same musical provision, the same fun for all and hopefully the same amazing event.
Ceres will be home to the 2 day family festival which will have music (Tommy Bentz Band headlining Saturday afternoon), fun stuff for kids, artisan , vintage, arts and crafts stalls...a beer tent...and delicious food. This will take place Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of Augusts 2019 from noon till 6pm
St Andrews University Student Union will host Breabadair Primo Nocturne which will feature 3 top Scottish bands; Niteworks, Salsa Celtica and Jarleth Henderson & Ross Ainslie & Band from 5pm till 11pm. There will be bus transfers from Ceres to St Andrews in the afternoon so that the over 18's that are going to Primo Nocturne can enjoy the day in Ceres first.
Donations get you tickets and the target is to raise £20k by middle of next week.....no small feat and we rely on you and all your friends getting behind the project and helping us put on what should a truly unforgettable festival.
