Boxx is a funky exciting late night music bar and dance venue situated down on the beautiful south coast of Cornwall.
It was set up on not much more than a dream and a shoe string. It provides jobs for local people and has created a social meeting place for the community who havn't had a late night dance venue in the town for over 15 years.
Boxx is a venue of creativity, music, dance and social interaction. We have had some fantastic themed parties and played host to such names as Judge Jules, Angie Brown, Brandon Block, Pink Panda with many more in the pipe line. It's fun and inviting, it's small, intimate and spread over two floors with two bars. I invite you to take a look at our facebook profile to see the fun and excitiment that Boxx creates. www.boxxhayle.co.uk
I am trying to raise money so that the business can continue to trade. I originally had a three year lease with an option to purchase the property within that time. However the asking price for the property of £180,000 is too much at this stage of the business's young life. The current landlord does not want to continue leasing and simply wants to sell. I either raise the funds or I have to vacate the premises and loose the business. I have found another investor who will invest £150,000 but I have to fund the remaining £30,000. Through family pledges and what I can save from the business within the next two months, I need to raise £7000 or more through Crowd Funding. The rewards for your pledges are worth taking a look at, as they offer somthing a little different and exciting.
Please help me save my business and the jobs I have created for the local community. This really is my last hope of being able to continue to trade. This is a time sensitive situation and I have to have my funding in place this side of Christmas.
I would to thank you for reading and please take a look at what I have built with my bare hands. When I took the property on it was nothing more than a shell, everything you see in the pictures are what I actually built and put together over months and months of hard labour and late nights.
Many thanks
