We are Blossom Events, made up of fourth year Events Management students at Robert Gordon University who as part of our course this year are raising funds and organising events in partnership with Marie Curie.
First established in 1930, Marie Curie provide care and support to those with terminal illnesses, such as Cancer, Motor Neuron Disease and Dementia, as well as supporting the families of those affected. They provide a range of information and support, as well as hospice care across Scotland. They aim to achieve the best quality of life, and help people keep their independence and dignity throughout their palliative care.
It is evident that Marie Curie is a very important charity, especially within the Grampian area where there are 50 Marie Curie nurses who provide care. With this in mind in order to provide an event that will maximise profit and awareness we are seeking to raise funds to kick start our fundraising.
Any donation would be highly appreciated and make sure to keep an eye out for upcoming events!
