Hello guys, with everything that is going on right now it is very clear that Racial discrimination is very much prominent and alive within British culture. A large part of systematic racism is the lack of education that is given to our children and our working adults! Racism and micro aggressive behaviour towards black people has become so ingrained a lot do not even realise they are being offensive in their actions as it is considered the ‘norm’.

We have decided to create and film a documentary based in Peterborough and surrounding area focusing on racial discrimination within our generation and just what it means and  how it feels to be black in today’s society. The aim of the documentary is to open as many peoples eyes as possible to the struggles black people face on a daily basis. The main goals in terms of reach for the documentary is schools! Ideally we would love to go around different schools and have a discussion about race and show the documentary so students, teachers  and those surrounding can see first hand what black people have had to face in terms of disadvantages. It will be long winded and have various cost factors, travel, filming, production etc hence why we thought it would be a good idea to ask for a little bit of help from our community ☺️. We understand in the current pandemic times are hard for everyone so even if it is 50p you can spare we would appreciate it so so so much! We look forward to creating something the whole community can not only enjoy but learn from ???? thank you! ✊????✨
