Please help us support Blake on his tennis journey up the county and national rankings by raising funds towards competing at a higher level.

The story so far…

Blake is 9 & has had an absolute passion for tennis since he started playing age 3. His love of tennis & drive to compete have seen some really amazing results. At the age of just 6 he became the youngest Cornish player to top the Whirlwind Cornwall 8U leaderboard. In the years following that he has continued to top the board!

He is currently the no.1 player in Cornwall at 9U level, competing regularly in county and out of county achieving success in many high level tournaments throughout the country.

Blake loves to represent his home club, Heron Tennis Centre and is looking forward to representing Cornwall in the County Cup 2019 this summer, with the ambition of helping his team reach the national finals.

Blake's focus now is to keep competing at a high level and to continue improving in his training. We would love for him to have the opportunity to attend more large national tournaments to help him move up in the national rankings.

Blake has huge ambitions and always works incredibly hard in his training.

Where will the money be used:

Blake currently trains 4/5 times a week for 6 hours. The costs of competing regularly further afield at higher level tournaments are rising. Blake competes individually 2/3 weekends out of a month with many at least a 2 hour drive away and sometimes an overnight stay is needed as it is too far away from home for a 8am start! Blake never asks for more equipment, however he is coming to a level of competition where better equipment is needed to help his performance.

We hope that with your help we can give Blake the opportunities that he so deserves and he can continue to make us all proud!
