When you struggle with your mental health and need help, it can be hard to know how to start conversations about it which can lead to feelings of isolation. It can become even more daunting due to the many misconceptions around mental health. At the Be Free Campaign we want to support those in our local community by opening up the conversation.

We provide schools, businesses and Universities with workshops that open up the conversation around mental health and provide information about how to get help. These are monitored and updated by our clinicians to ensure we’re providing the most effective content. This is then delivered by our fully trained and DBS-checked volunteers, of which we now have almost 100.
Unfortunately, due to the covid-19 situation, like many charities we have faced a massive loss in funding opportunities. Without this we cannot continue to provide our workshops, support the training of our volunteers or fund our base line running costs. And so we need your help. If you support our aims and want to in turn, support your community, then please consider helping our cause.
