To raise funding to start my Business Project bringing authentic Caribbean cocktails and food to the heart of London.

by Bar Business in Isleworth, England, United Kingdom

Vision

My Idea came from a dream and will make it into a reality. I first came up with the concept about a year ago, but it was a busy time with a new born on the way and juggling a new baby and a project would be hard work. My idea is to run a niche bar with authentic food from the Caribbean along with some tasty mouthwatering cocktails. If you have ever taken a trip to the Caribbean you will know we are friendly people and we like to have a good time. I would like to bring this to London as I feel we do not have enough love and Unity. I would like Bar Business to be a place filled with joy and love and unity and unforgettable moments.

I would like to produce cocktails with Caribbean flavours and rums from each of the islands where my customers can also learn more about the Islands and what type of foods come from them. I would also like to do some happy hours and give promotions to loyal customers after experiences with in Bar Business. Cocktails with food is becoming more mainstream and becoming a trend in Britain and I believe i have what it takes to succeed in this industry. Along with the Cocktails and food I would like to incorporate music. I would like to play all types of music as I would like to attract all ages into my business.

Team

At present I do not have a team apart from my cousin, but will seek a team in the future as the business grows. The reason my cousin will be joining me on this project is that he has vast knowledge as he has worked as a general manager for a big and repeatable club. This is why I feel confident that with my Ideas and his experience I can make this a success.

Money

As this is a start up business I will be grateful with any donations that are made. I will use the money to get the alcohol and  food and hospitality licences I need to make sure I can run the business. I will also seek help from a mentor to succeed in making the business grow and to keep it being authentic and not franchised. It will also help me decide on many ideas I have for cocktails and for me to get a mixologist to simplify and perfect them.
