Final Push! | ARC Marine on Talk Radio
We were interviewed live on Johnny Gould’s TalkRadio show last Sunday! We explained why we’re building the world’s first modular reef.
Don’t worry if you missed it – we'll have a recording up soon!
Also, as we reach our final few days of The Reef Project, we thought we’d take quick recap of our campaign so far.
We first set out save the UK’s endangered white-clawed crayfish, who are facing extinction in just a few decades. The plan was simple. We’d aim to hit our £30,000 target and build the world’s first modular artificial reef and marine habitat in Vobster Quay.
Then, thanks to the overwhelming backing from our supporters, we surpassed our target early!
We’ve since set a stretch target goal that would allow us to build an even larger freshwater crayfish habitat – something that didn’t even seem to be in the realms of possibility at the campaign’s outset.
However, what truly propelled us to success has been the support we’ve had over social media from all of you. So, to all of you who’ve either pledged or have spread the love online, please know that we sincerely appreciate it.
We have less than two days left, so please help us in our final push and together, we’ll transform the future of ocean conservation!
