Being a third generation Master Butcher and Liveryman the finest of meat quality has always been a passion of mine, whilst being in the food industry it grew my passion for quality produce to which my taste buds has tasted some of the finest food and drink produce in the world.
AndrewJamesFoodBrands is a brand new concept of food innovation to which although all our meat will be a brand of brands it will be the finest quality with the greatest of provenance and traceability for all our customers peace of mind. We have currently developed a large number of brands for our meat offerings within this concept and also have started discussions of the idea to soon to be partnering chefs, brewers, bakers, and producers, of our own branded produce bespoke to the AndrewJames Branding concept.
All our current staff are highly trained Craft Butchers, and all participating AndrewJames Brandsmen will all be of an artisan nature.
No brands within the concept will be bastardised by being shelved upon supermarket shelfs and will be for the sole use to the public and chefs so not only will you get the experience at home buying direct from us at a reasonable price but will also get information on where you can go out and eat and drink all the amazing branded produce we desire to create.
We will be working closely with in house chefs to create channels on video social media to help you in buying great produce from us to create outstanding meals to serve up at home.
There will be a website put in development to which we aim to have up and running by the end of may 2019, why so late you say, answer being is that to get this project off the ground your pledges is needed to help get all the ingredients we need to put this project in to full swing, although our current date is end of may 2020 through other forms of finances if unsuccessful with crowdfunding for pledges.
This project as a whole is to bring inspiration back to the homes of cooking and giving people an opportunity to be able to bye great quality products, receive video help whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and ultimately infuse the taste buds of the nation to the real taste of quality produce.
Then with all being successful for start in may 2019 end of may 2020 we will be looking to start at introducing the opportunity to the future of Artisan food and drink by offering internships to the up and coming generations to keep what is great about food and drink alive.
