On Saturday 24th February, Andrew Jackson, age 29, was flying to the UK to record a live worship project he had been working on with KXC since the new year. Tragically Andrew suffered a heart attack on the plane, and passed away a few hours later in Harefield Hospital, despite the best medical care and the faith-filled prayers of church leaders from KXC and Catch the Fire.
In honour of Andrew, the live recording at Scala King's Cross is going ahead on Thursday 1st March. Andrew's parents are flying out to be the event and we also want to support Andrew's friends and family with this unexpected loss through contributing the financial costs of flying to the event this week, and to arranging memorial services both in the US and the UK.
We hope to raise this target, and anything surplus will also be donated to Andrew's family.
Please note that UK taxpayers can also claim 25% Gift Aid on all donations if eligible.
