Appeal to send three talented young amputee footballers to Germany in July to take part in the European Amputee Football Junior Camp '19

by Amputee Football Scotland in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom

Amputee Football Association Scotland was set up in April 2017 to provide opportunities for amputees and those with congenital limb differences to play football on a level playing field - at grassroots, club and international level.

We wish to send these three young players from Partick Thistle Amputees, namely Keeley, Daniel and Harris, to join up to 100 other young amputees from countries all across Europe when they come together to enjoy four days playing football, meeting new friends and improving their health and fitness.

The camp is a life-changing experience that puts these talented young people on a level playing field, where their amputation is put aside and the focus is on fun and football, leaving them with greater confidence in their own abilities and a feeling of equality, accomplishment and pride.

We are appealing to you to help us raise £1,000 to send these remarkable young people, and an accompanying parent for each, to Germany to enjoy the trip of a lifetime this July.
