We did it
On 27th February 2018 we successfully raised £125 with 6 supporters in 56 days

Access Enable 1st Ltd, has been born by combining two like minded  disability campaigners, who wanted to create a company that will help  break down the social barriers disabled people face in every day life.

To  do this we will be working with business, and support them by offering:

  • Disability Awareness Training,
  • Access and inclusion consultancy
  • Mystery shop
  • Create access statements
  • Carry out access audits.

Unlike other businesses that offer this as a tick  box exercise, we will work with businesses and incorporate Access and  Inclusion into core parts of their business plans, meaning that access requirements develop as the business does.

We're a start up  business, and with limited funding between us, we are looking at getting  qualified to carry out audits.

This crowd fund, will allow us, to purchase the equipment and gain the qualifications needed to provide first class audits.

We  are keen to break the barriers seen in today's society.  Between us we  have already had success in this as individuals, Steve through Wrexham AFC Disabled Supporters Association, and Martin through the United Discriminate campaign.  Both Steve and Martin have a long experience in living with disability and awareness of how this creates barriers in society.

There  are a number of training sessions on access audits coming up in the  next few months, and we are keen to get booked onto one of these to  truly set our business moving forwards.

Any help in getting  these funds would be really appreciated.  If your a business that wants  to help out, we would be very happy to donate our services to you in  return for a donation.

This project offers rewards in return for your donation.
