Project aim

I'm standing for Mayor of Bristol in 2016. I need funds for my campaign. I need your help for those funds.

About the project

So far this year I have spent £600.00 in promoting my campaign through Social Media. That equates to around £100 per month since my campaign started. I am very aware that the other main contenders have access to much larger financial pots than I do and therefore I need assistance from other in raising funds. There are 7 months remaining in this campaign. I can afford to carry on spending £100 per month and will look to spend a total of £1200 of my own money.

My main rival (George Ferguson), spent 16 times more than that in his last campaign. I understand he is intending to spend a lot more this time round. I need help with funds as I do not have that sort of cash available.

So, if you believe that democracy in Bristol deserves to have a chance then help me by donating to my campaign. Ideally I need to try and raise somewhere between £20,000 and £30,000 to give me a chance to do the same sort of advertising that my rivals are doing.

If each person donates £10 to my cause it will help. If 500 people donate £10 each that is £5,000. I already have hundreds of people who are supporting my Facebook page - please support my Fundraising. I cannot win this alone.
