In 2019 I was an over-worked, over-whelmed teacher, and as is unfortunately common in the teaching community my physical and mental health took a massive hit. In fact, it would be safe to say that I had a complete breakdown, that has had a lasting physical impact. One of the tools that helped me through this healing process was a 40 day meditation practise. This is where the idea for the 40 Days to You journal came from.
Why 40 days?
40 days is sacred in many belief systems, this time frame allows you to solidify a habit but it still feels achievable.
Since 2019, I've retrained as a meditation & yoga teacher and well-being coach and this journal is the culmination of many years of hard work.
After spending many years trying (and failing) to find the right journal with the best layout and prompts, I decided to create my own.
The 40 Days to You journal is a simple but effective tool, combining meditation, journaling and well-being coaching, which is affordably priced so that anyone in need of this guidance can access it. For many people, hiring a coach isn't affordable so the journal has elements of self-coaching woven through it.
The money raised in this campaign will be used to publish the journals and enable me to price them at an affordable price point so that as many people as possible are able to find the guidance they need from them.
