As we are all in “lockdown” I thought I would do a challenge inspired by one of Britain’s most famous inmates, Charles Bronson who apparently did loads of body weight exercises while in prison.
I will be conducting 1000 of each: Pull ups, Press Ups, Sit ups, Squats and Burpees.
I will attempting to do this in under 8 hours.
