We hope to perform as part of the Birmingham Fest 2019 the new play ‘A matter of law’, a gripping court room drama about domestic abuse

Domestic violence happens every day, but how many of us realise that it also affects men?

‘A Matter of Law’ seeks to highlight the ever-growing number of Men who suffer from the traumas of Domestic Abuse.

1 in 6 Men will be victims, 1 in 4 women – This year alone 30 Men will die as a direct result of domestic abuse.

Written by Michael Harris and directed by Jennifer Mayo, this new production seeks to engage and challenge audiences, raise awareness of the facts surrounding domestic abuse and provoke broader conversations. Company manager Jenny Northam. 

Based in the Midlands, all those involved are committed to producing high quality regional theatre.
