I’ve been into health and fitness for many years. As I get older, I become more and more conscious of what I eat but I don’t like restricting myself too much - I still enjoy a daily treat!

I’ve always loved pizza but white flour makes me feel bloated and no matter how hard I work at the gym, the bloating won’t go away; so I have to stick to wholemeal dough products.
After converting to wholemeal flour, I noticed how great I feel. So I decided to create a wholemeal pizza for my friends and me. They absolutely loved it!
Now I’d like to share my pizza love with you.
Using a wholemeal base, there is something for everyone in the range; whether you’re allergic to white flour or simply prefer wholemeal (as we know it’s healthier than white), whether you are vegan or allergic to dairy or gluten, a meat lover, halal, a veg lover, or even if you don’t really like veg – you may like it on pizza. It’s also a great way to introduce veg to children in a treat-like way.
There are many unhealthy products out there, you have to wonder what effect it all has on your body. My pizza is free from preservatives, all natural and healthy, like nature intended.
