WHO4 is an ambitious indie film project on a science fiction, thriller genre. This is a feature length film and forms the last installment of the WHO series.

Telepathic mind control, Decennial - the evil organization: These form the crux of this film which involves the Indian CID working with the MI6 to solve a connected series of crimes and putting an end to the global evil organization which aims to destabilize world economy.

This film aims to provide an opportunity for budding actors and technicians to get a break into the film industry and get noticed.
