Three years ago...
I was offered an exclusive archive of unpublished letters from the 1st Duke of Wellington to Lady Georgiana Lennox, daughter of the 4th Duke of Richmond, and asked whether I would like to tell Georgy's story.
I jumped at the chance...
as I have always had a passion for British history and writing. I have now completed the book, and am asking you to help me realise my dream of publishing 'Wellington's Dearest Georgy: The Life and Loves of Lady Georgiana Lennox'.
I'm good to go...
The manuscript is complete, so the money raised will go to finalising with the publishers, editing costs, book design, indexing, printing and distrubition. Please dig deep and send this on to everyone and anyone!
There are rewards-plenty...
The book will be a high quality paper back with around 20 beautiful colour illustrations, many of which have never been seen outside of Georgy's family before. A book is £10 (£12 if you would like it posted), £50 for your name in the acknowledgements and two tickets to the book launch forat £100.
